Privacy notice

Only what you type into the waitlist form, plus which page you submitted it from, and a short-lived submission count described under Preventing abuse. There is no account to create here, no tracking pixel, and no profile built about you.

To stop the form being flooded by scripts, we count how many times it is submitted from each internet connection. We store a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, use it only for that count, and delete it within a day.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. That is why you have not been shown a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Joining the waitlist is asking us to email you about DKayMRP, so this is a marketing list and we want to be plain about that. It is the only thing we use your address for: we do not sell it, we do not pass it to anyone else, and you will not be added to anything else on the back of it.

Your details are stored in a database we run on Supabase, which hosts it on our behalf. Your name and email address are also held by Resend, the email provider we use, so that the message can actually be sent. Both process the data on our instructions and are bound by their own terms. Nothing else receives it.

Every email we send from the list carries an unsubscribe link, and using it takes you off immediately.

Until DKayMRP opens to the public, and for twelve months after that, so we can finish onboarding people in the order they joined. After that the list is deleted unless you have become a customer, in which case your customer agreement takes over.

You do not have to wait for any of that. Unsubscribe or email us and you are off the list straight away.

Email contact@dkaylabs.com and you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, or ask us to delete it entirely - from the database and from the mailing list both. We will act on the request as quickly as we reasonably can. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we do with your information and leave the date alone.
