Before you ask us.
Can we start with one module?
Yes, and most do. Inventory is where everyone starts, and on its own it is a complete product. Adding purchasing, sales or manufacturing later does not require a migration, because they all read from the same records.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours and it exports. No part of the design depends on making your history difficult to take with you.
Do you offer on-premise deployment?
Ask us. It is possible, and it genuinely costs more to run, so we would rather talk about why you need it before quoting a number.
Is there an implementation cost?
Usually. We start by walking how stock actually moves through your building, because software dropped on a process that does not work on paper only makes it fail faster. That work is quoted separately and honestly.
Do you replace our accounting system?
No, deliberately. DKayMRP handles costing and the invoices your production triggers, then exports to Xero or QuickBooks. Your accountant keeps the system they know.
